Assuming you haven't made any changes to the TOSBase or Java code
I hazard a guess that you are using the wrong message header format
when receiving on the PC. I haven't used the Crickets though...

Try using ListenRaw to look at what you are really getting over
the serial, and then match it up to what you expect from various
message header files.
