Hi, Today when I try to reinstall tinyos 2.0 in my laptop, since this laptop crashed few days ago, there is always a warning message: user TinyOS User does not exist - using root. Actually this happened when I tried to install "avr-libc-1.4.7-1.cygwin.i386.rpm". So what does this mean and how can I solve this? And another issue is I can not install msp430 related files under C:\cygwin\opt\msp430, which means although I try the following command "rpm -ivh msp430**.rpm", there is no files/folders can be create there. This laptop is recently crashed, so our computer guy pulled out all my old folders and then reinstalled windows. Finally he put the original Cygwin folder back and I have to manually uninstalled that in order to install a new one. I have tinyos 2.0 installed on this laptop before and it runs smoothly.
