Sir, I have gone through the Route thing. But now after reading a few recent papers in this clustering thing I shall try to implement one of these and then probably modify it. 2 main doubts 1) I am working mainly over real time tracking application. So I need to keep the prediction part separate from the clustering part. So where exactly should my code for dynamic clustering logic be included? Am I expected to write some cluster based routing protocol and let my application use it ? Just like in the contrib directory I came across HSN which had some dsdv and flooding implementation which could be used by any application. So should I start working over similar lines ? 2) Most of these papers are dealing with residual energy of nodes though. So how in tinyos can I make the nodes calculate the residual energy and send these values to the base station or cluster head ? Can you put some light over this for both simulation part how this can be done and in the actual scenario ? Right now I am working with simulation. And once it's done have to install in micaz motes.
