Boomerang is a low-power "product" from the ex-Moteiv company
that manages power cycling and time sync (somewhat) on tmote
sky boards which were telosb's with FCC approval. You can find
the last gasp of it on http://docs.tinyos.net/ someplace.

Whether it's worth it is an open question...
