Hi-- Please send your help messages to tinyos-help, in the future.

Blip isn't currently supported on windows; you'll have to use the
linux vm image until we get windows support straightened out.  I would
also recommend that you use blip out of core (tinyos-2.x) and not
contrib (tinyos-2.x-contrib)-- now that blip is integrated into core,
blip in contrib will no longer be supported.

I believe your problem is related to the buffer size on micazs-- it
has less memory so you need to use fewer buffers.  Using the version
from core will do this automatically.
