Hi-- Please send your help messages to tinyos-help, in the future. Blip isn't currently supported on windows; you'll have to use the linux vm image until we get windows support straightened out. I would also recommend that you use blip out of core (tinyos-2.x) and not contrib (tinyos-2.x-contrib)-- now that blip is integrated into core, blip in contrib will no longer be supported.
I believe your problem is related to the buffer size on micazs-- it has less memory so you need to use fewer buffers. Using the version from core will do this automatically.
