From the page you reference it's not entirely clear what the sensor interface is, but it looks kinda like a USB plug on the end...If that's the case then it ain't happening on TOS.
You might try a deeper search for a more basic sensor that puts out a raw voltage. The spec sheet indicates that this one is capacitive, so there may not be a simple solution though.
