Can you please explain more about what are you trying to accomplish? The
Deluge T2 tutorial is here:

If it doesn't work as explained there please let us know.
Note: right now the communication between mote and the PC is very slow in
Cygwin. Using Linux or MacOS is highly recommended. :-)
