Hi there, I'm currently evaluating some of the behaviours, operations and setting up a number of experiments using the XMesh routing protocol for academic purposes. My research supervisor and I are currently investigating whether its possible to modify the source code of components of the XMesh protocol in an effort to improve a certain metric within a certain topology or environment.
I have found many papers and literature on evaluation of the protocol and its use within certain applications, but I have not found much information on whether the XMesh protocol has been modified, or if it needs to be modified? I understand there are a lot of TinyOS projects ongoing.. Could someone point me in the right direction on whether or not components of XMesh can, or should be modified?
