Where does this matter? I don't think it does for CTP -- the source  
node puts in the NODE_ID (correct), and the AM address is only used in  
link estimation. I guess there's the problem that if another node  
changes its address then your link estimation entries for its old  
address will no longer be valid and you need to regenerate the state.  
But I think this is an acceptable cost to pay -- if you try using  
NODE_ID you get into issues where you can't distinguish multiple  
radios on a single node.
