Hi, I'm using T2 on TelosB motes. Have never used T1. It seems that your hesitation is correct. Perhaps you should make a list of the features you need and see whether T1 or T2 has it. For instance there is no tinyviz (visualization for simulations) in T2. I think that the pros for T2 is that you have the active mailing list. >From my experience, when you post a query on T1, you don't get response or may get a response such as "T1 is not supported for several years now". Another argument in favor of T2 is that you do not want to have a product in 3 years from now that runs an end of life OS...
