Hey Ghada, I am not really sure but I think that you installed cygwin somewhere in Program Files, right? So the problem is that you don't want any spaces in the path. I would suggest you try re-installing cygwin on C:\cygwin\ That way you won't have any spaces in your environment variable and it will hopefully work.
