"Too fast" is relative to various parameters that you can set for CTP.
Depending on the parameter setting, In the worst case, CTP might have
to invalidate most of the paths in the network and recompute a new
tree when a node moves "too fast". I think there are experiments
suggesting human walking speed in some topologies could cause CTP to
experience a lot of failures.
