Hello people.. I have simulated a target tracking application succesfully in TOSSIM. However, now I wish to go a step further and try to selectively activate some nodes and make others sleep and vice versa so that energy is saved. Such a thing must be possible in simulation because a lot of research papers are devoted in this direction to conserve energy. So my question is whether it is always done on a testbed ?
If TOSSIM provides such a support where can I look for documentation related to this, if any. I am working in T1, so is it possible in it ? Or even if it can be done in T2 please let me know. Please help ! Thanks in advance and waiting for a positive reply. Regards, Kiraneet
