Hi,

I suppose that the packages you installed are slightly out of date.
You have two choices:

1) download the CVS tree of blip (refer to
http://blog.xbow.com/xblog/2009/07/in-a-blip-pervasive-ip-has-arrived.html
) so you can integrate it into your current TinyOS environment
2) download the latest CVS tree of TinyOS 2.x, which by default
includes blip (refer to
http://docs.tinyos.net/index.php/Installing_from_CVS/GIT )
