Hi Trilok,

Xbow dows not make radio chips, it just selected one of the available
ones at the time which had very good link budget. This was the
AT86RF230 which does not have hardware AES. At that time the AT86RF231
was not available. If you want to, you can make your own mote with a
radio chip that has hardware AES.
