Hello, I'm currently trying to integrate Deluge T2 in a small project but Deluge seems to fail to respond to the dissemination of a new image over the air once my application is running. I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice to troubleshoot the situation?
A bit of context first. I'm using iris motes and the latest CVS revision of tinyos on an ubuntu x64 system. I have no problem at all disseminating and reprogramming my motes using /apps/test/deluge samples. And the only documentation page on Deluge I'm aware of is at http://docs.tinyos.net/index.php/Deluge_T2. So using the Basestation in apps/test/deluge, when I try to disseminate a new image to my motes from a GoldenImage (or a Blink image), it works. I can easily switch between the various Blink images installed. I can disseminate my application to the mote and make it start. But from there, Deluge seems to ignore any command I send. I know it sounds a lot like DelugeC is not present in my application but it is. I enabled a few printf statements that were commented in Deluge source code to try to figure out what is going on. Apparently, my application receives Deluge commands. Examples: A stop command ("tos-deluge -s") produces an output like : cmd: 1 uidhash: 0x0 imgNum: 0 size: 0 lastCmd: 1 uidhash: 0x0 Disseminate & reprogram a new Blink image (-dr 1 in my test) : cmd: 4 uidhash: 0xaa1fb482 imgNum: 2 size: 32400 lastCmd: 4 uidhash: 0xaa1fb482 Disseminate & reprogram a copy of my application (-dr 2 in my test) : cmd: 4 uidhash: 0xf04eb06e imgNum: 3 size: 48960 lastCmd: 4 uidhash: 0xf04eb06e start pub 0xf04eb06e imgNum: 3 size: 48960 Is there any library incompatibilities with Deluge I should know about? I'm using ctp (for sending data through a mesh of motes) and drip (to activate or deactivate the readings on my sensors). When the sensor is activated, it uses the serial port. Any comment would be very much appreciated, Laurent
