John,

Can you confirm what the node IDs are for each node in your experiments? The if 
you read the README file in TestSecurity you'll be able to see that the 
RadioCountToLeds app for TestSecurity sets the node as a transmitting node if 
the node ID is 1 and a receiving node otherwise. Please confirm the node IDs 
for the base station node and RadioCountToLeds node.
