Thanks for your help Miklos. Nevertheless I know that with MDA300CA ADC is 12-bit (in fact 4096 = 2^12). However I solved it: the problem is tinyos version. With TinyOS 2.1.1 I get the wrong values (768-65295), instead with TinyOS 2.1.0 I get the right values (3-4095).
