SendDoneTimer is for repetitivey sending packet which is not being acked within the sendDoneTimer window.
The line: call SendDoneTimer.startOneShot( call LowPowerListening.getRemoteWakeupInterval(currentSendMsg) + 20); means that, sending will be the done, starting when the receiver wakes up + 20 msec (grace period in order to ensure data delivery, this could be considered as the time spent in communication and processing on either ends).
