As we know, in the TreeRouting header file, the routing table entry is defined.
My question is: why do we need a bool variable "haveHeard". It is set when we
first store a routing entry in the table (and there is enough space). It is
also set when we find a given entry and we only want to update its
"statistics". What is the purpose of haveHeard? Should it guarantee that we
only select a node as a parent when we hear it more often?

Thanks for the help!
