Hi! Use the latest SVN version of tinyos-2.x. By the way, these compilation problems were fixed some months ago, BLIP is still not fully usable on the IRIS. There is some issue with the reboot or initialization phase. I have a student who figured that if you start the PC programm first, and plug in the IRIS onto the MIB520 only when that program is running, then it works. If you leave the IRIS on the MIB520 and press the reset button, that does not help. Maybe this is related to the watchdog and how the mote is reset.
