Hi Everyone, I'm doing my thesis project of acoustic target tracking via WSN. The WSN is processed by MICAz mote and MIB510 serial gateway.
It runs like: put couple of MICAz motes in one line spatially with the same distance between two adjacent motes, these motes are attached with MTS310 sensor boards. This is used as the sensor node in the project. Then, attach another base MICAz mote with the MIB510 platform board, they performs as the sink node in project. Anyway, for the sensor node, I download the sensor_node code to MICAz motes. For the sink node, I download the base_node code to MICAz. Make all these devices and serial cable connection ready, the sink node and sensor node could communicate with each other as the LEDs are flashing. But in the interface of Cygwin window, it only displays 'com4 is open for stream input', after that there is no data displays in it anymore. Hopefully, I should get the acoustic target parameter values like mic, velocity and so on. So my problem is that: The data could be transferred via USB2Serial cable to MICAz but when MICAz achieves the data, it could not be transferred to computer by USB2Serial cable. Computer and MICAz motes could not communicate with each other properly. Has any mates come across this problem like that? Any help please, thanks in advance. Rhys
