Hi all,
since I've updated my TinyOS version from 2.1.1 to the newest SVN version, I've got problems with decoding transmitted packets in wireshark (using the Jackdaw RZUSBStick). For example, I've captured these two Drip/Deluge-Hello-Packets below. The first was sent from a TelosB mote running TinyOS 2.1.1 and the second from the same mote running the current version of TinyOS. 1) IEEE Header: | Payload | IEEE FCS Flags SN PANID DA SA | AMType Drip/Deluge Hello | 4188 01 2200 ffff beef | 3f60 de0000000000 | a7ef 2) IEEE Header: | Payload | IEEE FCS Flags SN PANID | | 4100 01 2200 | 3fff beef 0060 de0000000000 | e478 As far as I know, the second byte "00" of the IEEE flags in TinyOS 2.x is not consistent with the IEEE 802.15.4 standard. Besides, this byte is the reason of interpreting all bytes between PANID and FCS as payload. But there are more inconsistencies. Any ideas what's wrong here? Thanks in advance!
