Hi, The reason you did not get any answer from me is that I simply don't know. I am not very familiar with TOSSIM (and certainly not Python), and I don't even use Windows (I use Mac and GNU/Linux).
Instead of TOSSIM you could try Avrora. The documentation is a bit outdated and I recommend you download the source code from CVS and compile the program yourself.
