There is no such part.  So I assume you mean an msp430f5138.

A port to various of the more advanced TI parts is being working on.  For
the 5xxx
parts the simplest thing to do is follow the instructions from
the OSIAN site:

You will have to figure out how to use it.  But the surf platform uses the
5137
chip.  cc430f5137 which includes the RF1A radio (CC1101 on chip).
