At what level do you need help?
Are you familiar with TOS programming and hardware already?

 From the specs for that sensor board it looks like you "just"
need to periodically read from the ADC input and look for a
fairly high value. I don't see that the absolute value of
the output signal from the PIR device contains any other
information, so you could probably even use it as a binary
input.

There (was) a sample app called Sense that pretty much did
the above, which you could use as an example.

If you don't have infinite funds, and only need the PIR sensor,
