Thanks a lot Michael and Doug. I really appreciate the help. It is working
now.

I needed to install windows installer for gcc for msp430 and avr, and perl,
copy tos-set-symbols, but didn't require cygwin.

The I run the following from DOS command prompt:

perl tos-set-symbols --target ihex main.ihex main.ihex.out-<NODE_NUM>
TOS_NODE_ID=<NODE_NUM> ActiveMessgeAddressC\$addr=<NODE_NUM>

tos-bsl --telosb -c <PORT> -r -e -I -p main.ihex.out-<NODE_NUM>
