Hello.

I started working with Shimmer device last week, and I installed tinyos
2.1.1 with tutorial on docs.tinyos.net website. I'm using Fedora 10.
I installed msp430 tools, tinyos tools 1.4.0, the source tree, set my env
variables. After some pitfalls, I finally succeeded, and I was able to
compile shimmer Blink app, and run it on the sensor.
Then I arrived to the mote-PC communication tutorial, and while trying to
use Java Listen, I saw that tools folder was missing from my tinyos-2.x
folder. I found that I installed the wrong version of tinyos-tools (my
computer is 64-bit machine) and try to replace it with the i686 version
(link on "installing tinyos 2.0.2" page). It told me that there was a
dependancy with the source tree so I remove it to try with v 2.0.2 .
But when I tried to compile Blink basic application, with "make shimmer2"
(or shimmer, or shimmer2r), it told me that shimmer is not a valid target
for compiling ...
I tried to reinstall v2.1.1 but it requires tinyos v1.4 or higher ...

Do some of you have already experienced this problem or have an idea ?

Thank you,
Erwan

PS : Sorry for my french-constructed english ;).
