Salam, You command is write, but I think you should specify the programmer port For me I use "make micaz reinstall mib520,/dev/ttyUSB0"
In addition check if the programmer is identified in Ubuntu if you are using VMWARE I hope this will work in your case also.. Enjoy! Yasser Zahedi
