If you are expecting to send SNMP packets without doing anything to the motes then no.
SNMP in its most common form rides on top of an IP stack. So you would need to at least implement SNMP on top of IPv6. Not sure how much work that is. Sure its possible. Now is it a good idea? Probably not. Motes are limited resources and I wouldn't call snmp light weight.
