Hi Nazmul, I have no used serial connections for a while but I would say that COM4 sounds like Windows, while it seems you are programming in a Linux shell using the /dev/ttyS3. So I would recommend you to check the tutorials to see whether you are setting the serial forwarder properly.
The resynchronizing loop means that there is no connection in COM4 Cheers!
