Hi, I'm not familiar with TOSSIM and tinyos 1.x but a quick search on Google says:
> I want to know that TinyOS 2.x supports TinyViz or not. ... It does not. ... (from mailing-list archive: http://mail.millennium.berkeley.edu/pipermail/tinyos-help/2006-September/019467.html) As far as I know, the simulator has been largely rewritten with TinyOS 2.x and it is no longer compatible with older tools. TOSSIM is now controlled via Python or C++ as explained in Tutorial lesson 11: http://docs.tinyos.net/index.php/TOSSIM TinyViz is no longer integrated in the standard TinyOS distribution but I think there are alternatives. For example TosVis ( http://docs.tinyos.net/index.php/TinyOS_2.x_index_of_contributed_code#TosVis ) in the tinyos-contrib seems to be something useful. The IWING group seems to have developed some useful tools. They have a Mercurial repository here: http://cloud3.cpe.ku.ac.th/hg/ Hope this helps Romain On Thu, May 19, 2011 at 4:27 PM, amel leyla <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi Romain, > Thanks for your quick answer . > My problem is how to visualize my results on the virtual machine where i > install "UbuntuTOS_Ubuntu-9.10_TinyOS-2.x" where the tinyos 2.x is > integrated . > when i program with tinyos 1.x ,i visualized my result by tinyviz but now i > don't know how to simulate my program and simulate my program. > help please > regards > amel, _______________________________________________ Tinyos-help mailing list [email protected] https://www.millennium.berkeley.edu/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/tinyos-help
