For the 10th aniversary of I2TS, the steering committee have agreed to
elevate
the event to a Full Conference Status.

The 10th International Information and Telecommunication TechnologieS
Conference
to be held in Curitiba City, Brazil, serves as an international forum for
people from academia, industry, research
laboratories and technological parks for presenting recent results in
information and telecommunication technologies
research and applications.
In this year, celebrating its 10 years, I2TS 2011 will select and invite
the three best-papers to publish extended
versions at IEEE Latin America Transactions Journal (index by IEEE Xplore,
ISI, DOI and CAPES-Qualis).

Work Submission, Publication and Dates

High-quality original papers are solicited. Papers must be unpublished
and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere.
Authors are encouraged to submit both theoretical and practical results of
significance.
Full or position papers must be submitted at
https://submissoes.sbc.org.br/i2ts2011.
Proposals for tutorials, workshop session, shortcourses and poster sessions
must be sent
by email for the respective chairs. See www.i2ts.org .
All papers will be reviewed by Technical Program Committee members
and other experts active in the field to ensure high quality and
relevance to the conference.
Position papers will be included in the technical program to complement
mature results and foster discussion and exchange of novel ideas at
an early stage.
Accepted papers, tutorials, workshops, shortcourses and posters will appear
in the
conference proceedings. Extended versions of selected papers will be
considered for publication
in a track issue of IEEE Latin America Transactions Journal.
