Hi,
TinyViz is no longer supported in TinyOS 2.x but you can have a look
at MViz if you want to develop a graphical application.
TOS_ROOT/support/sdk/java/net/tinyos/mviz for host/PC support
TOS_ROOT/apps/MViz for an example mote application
