Based on messages received here, that script only works about 75% of the time... Search this list for various pieces of advice about fixing it. I use a back rev of the tos libs and install them by hand so I can't tell you exactly what to do, but if you can find the getenv and toscomm files you can just copy them to the right places in your JRE.
