Hi Rodrigo, You would need to compile the tools in $TOSROOT/tools directory. If I remember correctly, this directory is not installed by default on Windows. You can find the contents of this directory in the subversion repository.
I am not too familiar with Windows and I have never worked on a 64-bit Windows system before, so my help and understanding for the problems might be limited. I think most people with 64-bit windows have simply installed a 32-bit JDK and used the 32-bit libraries. If you do manage to compile a 64-bit version of the libraries, could you send me a copy?
