I need to access contrib
The tinyos-contrib SVN repo is empty:

I tried the same thing and indeed the error is occurring.
But why are you trying to access the cvs T2 repository?
The CVS repository was decommissioned sometime in 2010. Current work is being
done in the main T2 SVN trunk.
