There is a Java tool included in tinyos2.x/support/sdk/java/net/tinyos/sim i 
believe that will allow you to create a topology based on 2d coordinates. More 
information may be found at 
http://www.tinyos.net/tinyos-2.x/doc/html/tutorial/usc-topologies.html If you 
need to map them in 3 dimensional space you might want to consider the avrora 
simulator.
