Soahil,

The make command line should look something like this:

PROGRAMMER=avrdude make my_avr_platform install,123 avrispmkii,usb

That is, you have to tell the make system explicitly that the AVRISP
mkII is connected to the USB port.

Andris is correct that the linux version of avrdude in the tinyos
Stanford repository does have USB support, however the windows version
does not. This is because its nontrivial to install the libusb driver
on Windows (in particular if it's a 64-bit OS).
