Showing only that line of code does not help much.

Is AppC.PacketTimeStampMilli -> ActiveMessageC; line 33?

If AppC has the implementation then what do you call the configuration file?
Shouldn't it be AppP.PacketTimeStampMilli -> ActiveMessageC; ?

Im just throwing stuff out, one can have no ideia of how you wired or
declared the components with only that line of code.
