nope no such tutorial/instructions exists.

but it should be as simple as installing the 2.0.2 sources in a different
location and changing the environment variables.   At least that is true for
running under Linux.

I'm curious, why do you want to back rev?    If there is a piece of
functionality missing why don't you forward port that function.
