Amin, TEP 132 and TEP 133 describe packet-level timestamping. It is supported on most platforms (telos, micaz, iris, etc.).
Most probably, you will not be able to measure the propagation delay, though. Radio waves travel about 300 meters in a microsecond, that is, the propagation delay will be well below the time resolution of timestamping.
