Not sure which msp430 toolchain he is using.

Also note that the tool chain at stanford:
http://tinyos.stanford.edu/tinyos/dists/ubuntu/ which is being advertised
as the toolchain for 2.1.2 is behind our working development repository at
http://tinyprod.net/debian-dev/. The later includes various additional
patches that we (Razvan and myself) are hoping that Stanford will include
in their repository. In the meantime, the tinyprod msp430 tools repo is
what we are using for our production builds.

The tiny prod toolchain (debian-dev) is actively tracking the work Peter
Bigot is doing. (Peter is the current msp430 toolchain maintainer).

I also believe that Razvan has been making the AVR support in the
debian-dev tinyprod tools repo up to date. But I don't know what the
status of that is because I currently work exclusively with msp430 based
motes.

Hopefully that will help clear things up.
