Hi, I am a bit confuse. I am not really clear how a call to CtpInfo.setNeighborCongested(from, congested) can set the neighbor as congested (in the BeaconReceive.receive() event in CtpRoutingEngineP)?, because I found that a call to CtpRoutingPacket.getOption(msg, CTP_OPT_ECN) returns FALSE, therefore setting the 'congested' variable to FALSE as well. I guess, this will not set the neighbor 'from' as congested?
