yes. you can change it. you have to read the source and figure it out. I'm not super familiar with tinynode motes, but I suspect that if you take a look at the tos/plaftorms/tinynode hardware files and follow where they point you should be able to figure it out.
basically you have to figure out how to program the underlying h/w port so it uses the baud rate you'd like.
