TinyOS 2.1.2 is now officially released; you can download it from the debian
packages on tinyos.stanford.edu. In SVN, the tags are release_tinyos_2_1_2 and
release_tinyos_tools_1_4_2. Manual installation with RPMs with the instructions
on docs.tinyos.net will be forthcoming soon.

2.1.2 includes:
o Support for updated msp430-gcc (4.6.3) and avr-gcc (4.1.2).
o A complete 6lowpan/RPL IPv6 stack
o Support for the ucmini platform and ATmega128RFA1 chip
o Numerous bug fixes and improvements.

Because there's a lot of community documentation, it might be a little while
before everything on the docs wiki is in sync. The basic installation
instructions, however, should be up-to-date.

Many thanks to everyone who contributed and helped: the list is too long to
write in entirety, but includes Stephen Dawson-Haggerty, Omprakash Gnawali,
Miklos Maroti, Eric Decker, Andras Biro, David Gay, Razvan Musaloiu-E., Thanh
Dang, Steve Ayer, Prabal Dutta, Jan Hauer, JeongIl Ko, Vlado Handziski, and
John Regehr. I'm sorry this effort took so long: once you open the floodgates
of a compiler update, it becomes a moving target and there are a lot of edge
cases to iron out.

Phil
