Before you start taking up peoples time (which is all volunteer by the way) you need to go do your homework....
Namely start working through the tutorials. http://docs.tinyos.net Then start looking at the mail list archives (search for multihop flooding etc) and look at the code that is currently implemented. Starting out by saying "Hey I'm just starting out can some one help me with <complicated topic>." Is rude. Don't do it.
