I was under the impression that you were working with some knowledge of
BLIP 2.0.

In that case I would suggest that you try the operations suggested in
http://docs.tinyos.net/tinywiki/index.php/BLIP_2.0 and follow the tutorials
to get used to BLIP and then try using TinyRPL which is more or less
included in the package together :)

Make sure that you have the latest release of TinyOS as well :)
