Hi Weiqi. I think a manner to do it is making pings (ping6) e.g from the machine with IP adress fec0::100 (IP address according: http://docs.tinyos.net/tinywiki/index.php/BLIP_2.0_Tutorial ) to the mote with IP adress e.g. fec0::8 and finally make an analyzes about the packets transmitted,received and packet loss.
