Yes the LinkResult function does include a parameter for that. But because the function is called inside a IPForward .sendDone function it is not guaranteed that it is called. If all attempts fail than the function IPForward.send will return not SUCCUS and the sendDone function is not triggered. How is the link quality (etx_hop) updated in such case?
